1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website amreeks.com (the “Site”),  operated by Amreek Automation & Mechanical Systems (“Amreeks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give visitors information about our company, products, services, and capabilities, and to allow visitors to contact us regarding potential business inquiries. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Any actual product or service quotation, specification, pricing, or delivery commitment will only be binding once confirmed in writing through a separate signed agreement, purchase order, or formal quotation issued directly by Amreeks.

7. Inquiries, Quotes, and Communications

Submitting an inquiry does not create any binding obligation on Amreeks to provide a quote, enter into a contract, or supply any product or service. Any resulting business relationship will be governed by a separate agreement between the parties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMREEKS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO USE OF THE SITE ITSELF AND DOES NOT LIMIT ANY SEPARATE LIABILITY TERMS AGREED TO IN A SIGNED COMMERCIAL CONTRACT BETWEEN AMREEKS AND A CUSTOMER FOR ACTUAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amreeks and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
